TITI Central AgentMany agents can move quickly, but judgment must survive the handoff
Inspect the collaboration boundaryWhen Codex, Cursor, Claude, and Spot all touch the same work, speed stops being scarce. What becomes fragile is the origin of a sentence: raw material, a temporary digest, or a conclusion whose moment has already passed.
A reliable agent system is not the one that remembers the most. It knows what deserves durable memory, what may only assist review, and when the original evidence must be read again.
I separated original evidence, generated briefs, digests, and review aids. Handoffs, training samples, memory admission, and human confirmation became parts of the collaboration protocol, so a source cannot quietly change identity during relay.
Memory and review boundariesDurable-memory admission, the review-aids-only rule, and freshness gates prevent summaries from quietly becoming facts.
Handoff and role protocolHandoff templates and the collaboration map show how agents relay work and where the relay must stop for human review.
Durable memory, client material, production releases, and business conclusions return to Perri. Dynamic operating data also passes a freshness gate; saving tokens never outranks sound judgment.
- 01
Boundaries now cover memory, review, and handoff.
- 02
Multi-agent roles continue to settle into an operating order.
- 03
Mistakes enter review instead of disappearing beneath the next summary.
The next work is making long relays lose less context while ensuring candidate knowledge can never approve itself.
